• We endeavour to provide cost effective and timely delivery on all orders.

• Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. If an unexpected delay does occur we will notify you as soon as it comes to our attention.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct and up to date at the time of placing your order.

• Goods shipped from us or our manufacturing partners will be sent using a carrier chosen at our/our partners discretion.

• Please be aware that time frames for delivery given below are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES - australia only

• Shipping rates are calculated in realtime and can be checked prior to finalising your order. Just follow these short steps:

1. Add an item/s to your cart. The shopping cart icon will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Click on your cart and select Checkout.

3. On the checkout page enter the recipient details.

4. The Order Summary will refresh and provide the applicable shipping rate.

• Our intention is to only pass on the direct cost of shipping. Any shipping overages will be refunded.

Delivery - AUSTRALIA

• Some small flat items will be sent via letter mail, all other items will be sent via a tracked parcel service.

• Please allow 7 business days for delivery.
