All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted and will be processed by our secure payment gateway upon checkout.
Due to family and work commitments of the Loom & Spindle team, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping costs are calculated in realtime and can be checked prior to finalising your order. Just follow these short steps:
- Add an item/s to your cart. The shopping cart icon will appear in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on your cart and select Checkout.
- On the checkout page, add your country to the shipping address area.
- The 'order summary' will refresh and update shipping details.
SHIPPING - GENERAL INFORMATION
We endeavor to provide cost effective and timely delivery on all orders.
Please ensure your address is correct and up to date at the time of placing your order.
Please be aware that time frames for delivery given below are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
SHIPPING - TO AUSTRALIA
Your order will be sent by regular parcel post. Please allow 7 business days for delivery.
SHIPPING - TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
International orders will be sent by regular airmail. Tracking is not available on this service. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
SHIPPING - CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2017
To help ensure your holiday weaving supplies or gifts are delivered by Christmas Day, we suggest you place your order by the following dates:
Australian Residents - Wednesday 13th December
Rest of World* - Tuesday 28th November
*Please note some international destinations will take longer than 3 weeks and may not arrive by Christmas Day. These destinations can include South America, Africa and parts of Europe
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost or damaged during shipping we will re-place your order at no charge.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in unused and saleable condition.
